Rosie took his love of being outside and working with his hands into the carpentry trade when Phoenix was booming in the early 70’s.
Rosie opened his own firm in 1988. This firm became nationally renowned for its innovations in remodeling efficiencies, building strong strategic alliances with subcontractors and suppliers, and unparalleled customer satisfaction. The company earned an extensive list of local and national awards.
Rosie sold this company to his employees in 2002, it was so close to a perfect organization that they continue successfully today under yet another new ownership team. Rosie embarked on a career of consulting other remodeling contractors from across the USA on increasing efficiencies, improving the quality of life for company owners, employees and customers as well as working with company ownership transition issues.
Rosie’s itch to return and finish building that perfect company led to the birth of Rosie Right Design Build Remodel in 2013 utilizing a team of employees, subcontractors and suppliers that Rosie has assembled over the last 40 years.
With over 100 million dollars of Arizona residential remodeling and building projects successfully completed by companies Rosie has owned, managed and directed there has never been one complaint filed with any regulatory agency, government agency or business mediating network.
