MEET THE ROSIE RIGHT TEAM

This man with a great big Cajun heart has been a staple of Arizona’s remodeling and home improvement industry for almost 50 years. In the late 1980’s, he founded one of Arizona’s best remodeling companies of the time. Before he sold it to his employees in 2002, he received numerous local and national awards. He is a nationally recognized speaker for the remodeling industry and the host of the critically acclaimed home improvement radio show, Rosie On The House. Rosie’s passion for the construction industry and desire to provide a remodel experience unlike any other would not allow him to stay out of the trade. He created Rosie Right Design Build Remodel in 2013. Rosie and his wife, Jennifer, have six children and eleven grandchildren.

Don joined the team in 2016 as a Project Manager. An Arizona native, Don first came to work for Rosie in 1994 before venturing out to start his own remodeling, paint, and drywall company. He is working with 40 years of construction and remodeling experience under his belt, and has an attention to detail like few others!

Don is married to Marilee and has seven children and ten grandchildren. His passions include his family, ministry, and hunting.

Bruce joined the Rosie Right team in 2018 as a project manager. After finishing a four-year enlistment with the United States Marine Corps followed by six years as an overseas security contractor, Bruce was a home and commercial building inspector for 6 years. After an invitation from Rosie, Bruce decided it was time to follow his interest in home remodel! He loves being involved in the transformation of our client’s homes and making sure we live up to Rosie’s standard of being Rosie Right, Every Time.

A 5th generation Arizonan, Bruce enjoys spending time with his wife Katie and their two daughters camping, traveling, hiking, hunting and being second in command while Katie flies the family all over Arizona in small aircraft.

Jeanice joins the Rosie Right team as an accomplished executive in the field of accounting. With more than 30 years’ experience running accounting, finance, administration, and human resource departments, Jeanice welcomes her role with us as Controller. Her previous roles were in retail, hospitality, healthcare and construction accounting, which she found to be the most engaging. Jeanice has a keen eye for detail and is an expert at creating eye catching spreadsheets! Jeanice is a 2nd generation Arizonan and loves the desert, especially when it’s in bloom. She enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and four grandchildren. Her family and friends will tell you that she is always up for a game night or a thoughtful conversation, and Jeanice can always be found organizing her next big project.

Born and raised in Romania, Sefora developed her love for construction at a very early age learning and working with her dad. After arriving in America at 18 years old, she self-taught herself English & Spanish while starting and managing her own successful clothes manufacturing business in NYC. Sefora also acquired her bachelor’s degree in accounting, worked in the health care and airline industries, became a Licensed Realtor, and completed several extensive remodeling projects. Sefora brings an inspired level of energy and focus to each project and has proven herself to be an invaluable part of the Rosie Right team!

Sefora enjoys fellowship, family time and outdoor activities such as hiking and biking.

Derek joined the Rosie Right team in 2023 as a Project Manager. He had previously worked as a Project Manager for Rosie's first remodeling company for seven years. Derek has been in the home restoration business for over 20 years and has always enjoyed being a part of home transformations. He was born and raised in Phoenix and attended college in Flagstaff, where he was working towards becoming a teacher and a coach. However, in his 20s, he felt called to the trades and began working in home restoration and remodeling. Derek is known for his organizational skills and attention to detail. Outside of work, Derek enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his son, hiking with his father, cooking, and camping.

After working in Ohio for 30 plus years in the retail and residential design build industries, Romano Klepec joins the Rosie Right Design Build Remodel team as a Design Manager. His work experience in architectural design and project management is made up of equal parts diligence and determination. This seasoned designer is fueled by a dedication to always try and make a project the best it can be, while still having fun along the way. He is a Certified Remodeler and Universal Design Certified Professional through the National Association of Remodeling Industry.

Romano and his wife, Juliet, have 2 daughters and a son-in-law also living in Arizona. He is a big fan of Ohio sports – especially when it comes to Cleveland!

Originally from Croatia, Alex grew up in Vienna, Austria. His love of construction started at an early age building intricate structures from stones on Croatian beaches.

He has a dual background in construction engineering and green building/green architecture. As a federally licensed master builder in Austria he designed, built, and remodeled a wide variety of residential, multi family, infill, and hospitality projects throughout Europe before moving to the US in 2016. His focus is on creating captivating, warm, and inviting spaces that draw inspiration from the “genius loci” - the prevailing character of the place he designs.

His spare time is spent working on vintage watches and clocks, experimenting in the kitchen, and following rugby.

Rochelle began her love of the industry working in an interior design studio selling carpet, upholstery and draperies in a small town in Southern Arizona. In 1996 she became a general contractor and in 1999 had the opportunity to work with Rosie Romero at his first remodeling company. Focusing on the remodel of kitchens and bathrooms she became a Certified Kitchen/Bath Designer (CKBD) in 2003, winning numerous awards for her work.

Juliet, an Ohio native, has over 30 years of design and branding work experience. A proven multi-tasker, she spent the last 7 years working in the residential design, build industry assisting in customer service, administrative tasks and all things other. In 2020, her tenacity and dedication earned her the Outstanding Service Award. In the office, you can find her looking for any excuse to celebrate her peers. Moving to Arizona in 2022 was an opportunity to enjoy the warmer temperatures and outdoor living.
She and her husband Romano thrive on spending time with their two daughters, son-in-law and lovingly spoiled Boston Terrier pup named Cleveland.
