Biltmore Square Main Living Areas
Triple D Ranch Exterior
This project began as a rescue mission. After their original contractor walked away, the homeowners were left with a half-demolished exterior, exposed to the elements, and plagued by water damage and faulty plans. Understandably cautious, they turned to our team to help put the pieces back together.
We started by correcting the construction documents, re-engineering structural issues, and restoring the home’s integrity. From there, the transformation truly took shape.
What began as a stressful setback became a stunning modern farmhouse and a home the clients could feel proud of again.
Project Completed: 2025
Before
When we first stepped in, the exterior had water damage as well as compromised flashing and underlayment. Sections of stucco had been removed without proper protection and windows were inadequately detailed, which left the home vulnerable to the elements.
Before any design vision could move forward, permit drawings and construction documentation had to be corrected. The priority became restoring not just the façade, but confidence in the process. The goal was to rework the plans and engineering, but ultimately, create a finished exterior that felt cohesive, inviting, and timeless.
Renderings
With the structural integrity restored, the home’s exterior design would embrace a modern farmhouse aesthetic. White siding brightens the façade, while a mix of natural wood tones, matte black accents, and soft white finishes strike a perfect balance between modern simplicity and rustic warmth. The front porch would feature substantial wood beams and stone-wrapped columns to establish a strong architectural focal point.
Black garage doors and window accents introduce contrast, anchoring the composition and tying the elevations together. Landscaping was refined to complement the new architecture, allowing the home to sit confidently on its lot rather than blend into it.
