Drawn in by breathtaking mountain views and an infinity pool perched above the landscape, our clients knew they had found something special. While the home’s location and original architecture were undeniable assets, the interior told a different story, outdated finishes and inefficient layouts that no longer supported modern living.
Honoring the home’s original character, we reimagined the interior with thoughtful layouts, refined materials, and layered lighting to create spaces that feel both elevated and livable.
The result is a seamless whole-home transformation where modern design enhances the original architecture, and every space is optimized to frame the surrounding views of the mountains, golf course, and pool. This remodel is a study in balance, where timeless charm meets innovative design, creating a home designed for both everyday living and effortless entertaining.
Project Completed: 2025

From the outside, the home made an immediate impression. However, the home’s interior didn’t quite live up to the setting. The finishes felt dated and heavy, competing with the views instead of complementing them. Saltillo floors and built-ins defined the space, but the layouts were inefficient, and rooms felt disconnected from one another.
The kitchen was closed off and undersized for how the homeowners actually live and entertain. The primary suite had square footage, yet the flow between bedroom, bath, and closet lacked clarity and comfort. The structure itself had character worth preserving. The challenge was not to erase the home’s identity, but to refine it. The goal became clear: open up the spaces, simplify the material palette, and allow the architecture and surrounding views to truly work together.
The reimagined main level centers around connection. Walls were removed to create a more fluid relationship between kitchen, dining, and living areas, allowing sightlines to extend directly toward the mountains and pool. The kitchen was expanded and reoriented, anchored by a sculptural island in waterfall quartz. A dramatic fireplace surrounded in large-format stone rises vertically to draw the eye upward and echo the scale of the windows framing the landscape beyond.
Upstairs, the primary suite was fully reworked to improve flow and daily usability. The bathroom was redesigned with a symmetrical double vanity positioned between expansive windows to intentionally frame the mountain views. The shower and soaking tub were repositioned for better circulation and privacy, transforming the space into something calm and restorative. The result is a home that finally lives up to its setting.
